SchaefferSoft is committed to protect your privacy. This section defines what information we collect from you and for what purposes we are using it.

We collect and store only data of customers who use our paid services. All data is used for internal purposes only and is not shared with third parties. We use this information also to communicate with users and provide requested services, and, for our web site visitors, to provide a more personalised experience on our sites. We use aggregate demographic information about our audience to improve our service, for marketing purposes and/or industry reporting purposes.

Our service iChangeWebPage stores log data on its servers. The log data details who used the service and when and what page was updated and the size of the uploaded data. In particular no content of the changed pages is stored in those log files. The log files are used for internal purposes such as to verify that only valid licence holders are using the system and to improve system performance.

We use reasonable precautions to protect our users' personal information and to store it securely. We use trusted vendors for payment processing and hence do not store sensitive information like credit card numbers. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
