Editing Process

Once your are set up you are ready to use the system. You can perform changes to your web pages in a couple of simple steps.

  1. Login to iChangeWebPage.
  2. You are then presented with a list of web page which are set up for editing. To edit a web page just click on one of the web page names from the list. The selected web page is then loaded into the system. Once the page has been loaded you will be presented with a preview of the selected page.
  3. Click on "Edit" to edit the page. You will then see a form which has fields for the text you can change. Here you can enter or change text, upload images or files and create and delete content items as well as move content items up or down.
  4. Once you have done all your changes you can click on "Preview" to save your changes as draft and to see the results of these changes in a preview.
  5. Seeing the preview you can then decide to re-edit the page or to publish the changes by clicking on "Publish". Published changes will be visible on the internet instantly.
  6. At any point in time you can press the "Logout" link on the top right corner which terminates your current session. Any unpublished draft versions of your web pages can be published or re-edit in a later session.
