Q: I have lost my login password?
A: If you have lost your login password than you can request your login password to be sent to you by e-mail. You simply have to go to your iChangeWebPage login screen and enter your e-mail address instead of the login name and press "Login". (This only works if your e-mail address has been added to your account profile.)

Q: I can't login in "The site key is not correct".
A: iChangeWebPage needs a vaild site key next to your login name and password. You normally don't have to enter the site key, as it is entered for you by the way to reach the iChangeWebPage login screen. Hence follow the process to reach the login screen as it has been given to you. It is a popular way to direct users to the login screen by the link "www.yourwebsite.com/login". However, it is also possible that you have received a login link via e-mail from your admin.
