Content management systems often target large coporate web sites with large bugets. Hence they can do the lot but come at a price in license fees, set-up and maintenance costs. Complex workflows can be set up which are expensive to maintain and change.

iChangeWebPage comes from the other site. It has a low license fee, minimal set-up and maintenance consts. It assists in the manual process of changing web pages without the limitations of a fixed workflow. It does not own the content of the web site nor the web site itself. No need to start an existing web site from scratch.
